Alicia Williamson is an executive leader, coach, and educator with over 28 years of experience in social services, nonprofit leadership, and systems-level advocacy. She is a Professor of Social Work and a Doctor of Social Work Candidate (DSW-C), bringing both lived experience and advanced scholarship to her work.

She currently serves in senior leadership overseeing statewide survivor services and supports leaders working in complex, high-pressure environments. Through Motivating Minds LLC, Alicia provides executive coaching, consulting, and training grounded in trauma-informed practice, equity, and sustainable leadership.

Alicia has spent the past five years coaching BIPOC women leaders across the United States who serve in nonprofit executive leadership roles, supporting them through an OVW-funded initiative.
